Plan prices and limits, what an active user is, and what happens over a limit.

Active user

The package limit counts active users: people who signed in to Svitmo LMS at least once in the calendar month. Invited people who didn't sign in that month don't count towards it, so you can add your whole company. The package price is fixed and doesn't depend on how many people within the limit were active.

What's included

Every package has every feature: AI quiz generation, dynamic groups, the manager view, SCORM, Google/Microsoft sign-in. Packages differ by team size, file storage and the number of AI generations.

The package price is fixed: it's what you pay each month, however many people within the limit were active. Prices exclude VAT. The calculator on the pricing page helps you pick a package.

Over a limit

• Users is a soft limit: nobody is cut off mid-month; we'll just talk about the right plan.
• Storage and AI generations are hard limits: you can't create more than the limit allows. What already exists keeps working.

When the trial ends

Nothing switches off by surprise: you see a reminder and choose a plan, and everything you've created stays.
